unser aller Gesundheit hat oberste Priorität, deshalb weisen wir daraufhin, dass aufgrund der erlassenen Bestimmungen zur Vorbeugung gegen die Verbreitung des sog. Coronavirus (COVID-19) unser Detailverkauf vorläufig bis zum 03.April geschlossen bleibt.
Unser Betrieb wird momentan regulär fortgesetzt, bis neue ministerielle Verordnungen erlassen werden. Derzeit gibt es keine Beschaffungsprobleme oder nennenswerte Verschiebungen bei Lieferungen. Unser Betrieb hat spezifische Maßnahmen eingeführt, um die Ansteckung durch COVID-19 in Übereinstimmung mit den ministeriellen Vorschriften einzudämmen.
Kundendienste werden soweit als möglich in Fernwartung (Email, Telefon sowie über Fernsteuerung) durchgeführt. Termine und Besuche werden bis auf weiteres durch Telefonate und Videokonferenzen ersetzt.
